CAPA is a professional association designed to serve, connect, and unite its members under a shared vision and train them for excellence in ministry.

 

The mission of CAPA is to facilitate the networking of prison aftercare providers and to identify and disseminate information and resources that will build the capacity of their organizations and churches.
