 IPM encourages and equips the body of Christ to share the love of Jesus Christ with men, women and teens behind prison walls; in state and federal prisons, local jails, juvenille detention centers and other correctional facilities throughout the U.S. Ministry opportunities: Numerous opportunities are available for those who wish to become involved in prison ministry. Training: Prison evangelists and professionals are taught new methods of evangelism through national and local evangelistic events held by Operation Starting Line, a ministry leader in collaborative proclamation evangelism in North America. Scholarships: We offer qualified ex-offenders a spiritual, academic and life formation training program through the Charles W. Colson Scholarship offered at Wheaton College.
